RACE START TIME: 5:30PM: This unique 3.25 trail run will take place entirely on Schulze Vineyard & Winery property in Burt, New York. We have designed a beautiful single loop course (VIEW MAP) that takes place primarily on groomed trails and through the vineyards.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Packet pickup will take place from 4:30 pm right up until the start of the race at 5:30 pm. Your registration fee includes an official event t-shirt (must register by October 11th at 9am for guaranteed shirt), professional timing & finish line services, post race snacks & bottled water at the finish line, music, and more! A small quantity of extra shirts will be ordered and distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are gone. After that, an alternated gift item (TBT) will be provided. POST RACE CELEBRATIONJoin us after the race for what is sure to become one of the most unique 5K post race celebrations in Western New York! Race participants will enjoy spectacular views, great music, and of course the winery will be open for business throughout the event!PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking available at Schulze Vineyards & Winery.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Hand crafted trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers. The top male and female age group winners will receive a custom medal. All participants will be able to print out custom finisher certificates from home after the race and download/share finish line photos.
Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, shelter-in-place, limit on social gatherings, etc), we want runners to know up front that we reserve the right to reschedule the race or convert to a virtual 5K race. There will be no refunds.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
